- Every jewel is made to order and shipped the next day.
- You have several options for shipping:
1. Free shipping:
- For order above +$100 CAD anywhere in the world, tracking number provided.
- For order below -$100 CAD if you're located Quebec, WITHOUT tracking number.
2. Local pickup at my workshop in Montreal QC Canada.
3. Priority or Xpresspost (from 2-4 business days).
4. Expedited shipping (2 to 8 business days) with tracking number provided.
- Easy return your jewel within 15 days.
- Warranty of 2 years offered, in case of reparation or size adjustment.

Every jewel is made to order and shipped within 48 hours, with tracking number provided.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Customers can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving the jewelry. All jewelry must be unworn with the original packaging intact. We will cover return and shipping costs only when the return is a result of an error or damaged merchandise. Otherwise, return and shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
Once we receive the package, we issue a full refund the same day upon inspection. Do not hesitate if you have any questions.
